I forgot to enter my coupon code.
If you received a coupon code but forgot to enter it on your order, please click here to add it to your order. If the coupon code is still valid and your order has not been completed, we will apply it to your order and send you an updated order confirmation.

How do we get our completion discount?
You will get a coupon emailed to you after your registry’s event date. Once you get the coupon, just add the items from your registry to your shopping bag and use it at checkout.

How do we change our shipping address when we move?
Just contact us and let us know when you’re moving and what your new address is, and we’ll take care of it for you.

How do we track who gave us what?
From our main registry page, click on the “Manage” button to manage your registry. Then click on the “Orders” tab to see a list of all the orders for your gift registry.

What happens when a guest buys a gift for us?
You will receive an email from us with an order number, the gift giver’s information, the items bought for you, and any gift message from the giver. You will also receive additional updates by email as we get shipping information on your gifts.
