  • How do guests find our registry?

    They can always go to our main registry page, click on the “Find” button, and search for your registry with you or your partner’s last name.  Alternatively, you can post a link to your registry on your wedding site to take them directly to your registry.

  • Will I have to pay taxes on my order?

    Tax is charged for orders shipped to U.S. states, protectorates, and territories where sales taxes are applicable; items sent to military addresses are not subject to taxes. Tax is refunded for returned items.

    In most cases, we can ship using your shipper account number.     Items ship directly from our manufacturers or from one of our warehouses in New York or California.

  • How do you ship international orders?

    Most international orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, and DHL. These companies provide the best reliability and their shipments are easily trackable.

  • Where do you ship?

    We ship worldwide. If you need an order shipped outside of the U.S., you can place your order online and we will email you a revised order confirmation with estimated shipping charges. If you accept them, please confirm these charges; we cannot proceed with your order without confirmation.
