You surround yourself in luxury with fine bed linens, bath towels, and luxe, beautifully scented cleaning products. Why should brushing your teeth be any different? Pamper your pearly whites and your tastebuds with Marvis Toothpaste. Made in Italy using a traditional recipe, Marvis whitens, protects, and cleans your teeth with seven couture flavors like Ginger Mint and Amarelli Licorice.
Marvis toothpaste is sold widely throughout Italy, and the company is known for their clever advertising posters. The silver metal tube and retro label definitely up the style quotient in any bathroom.
Of course, we couldn’t offer you this luxury toothpaste without first trying it ourselves. So the Gracious Style team personally taste-tested three Marvis flavors: Classic Mint, Cinnamon Mint, and Amarelli Licorice. (It was a tough job, but we soldiered through because we care about offering you the best.) 🙂
Here’s what we thought, in our own words:
“I love the way these look! The Classic Mint is mild and refreshing; it doesn’t have the strong chemical taste you find in regular toothpaste. I love the taste of the Cinnamon Mint…the flavor is gentle and it reminds me of starlight candies.”
– Carolina
“The texture surprised me, it was very smooth and rich…kind of like the toothpaste equivalent of cashmere. I didn’t expect to like the Licorice flavor, but it was surprisingly good. It was more like a hint of licorice than actually tasting strongly of licorice. ”
– Shannon
“The flavors are nice but subtle, they don’t overpower. The consistency is just right. It’s not as sweet as regular toothpaste, but sweeter than the all-natural brands. And the Cinnamon Mint is not too spicy.”
– Emily
“A subtle yet pleasant sensation. The Cinnamon Mint tastes a little like Coca-Cola. The Amaretto Licorice starts very mild but leaves you with a gentle sensation afterwards. So this is what toothpaste without maximum flouride-baking soda-peroxide tastes like.”
– Si
