The final glaze gives the acorn its iconic lustre, in which festive lighting and candlelight are reflected impressively. This makes the "Acorn" an ideal gift for Christmas. Traditionally, the oak is a symbol of strength, honesty and long life. In many religions, the lords of the forests are considered sacred because of their majestic growth and age. Customs and Duties
