The initial order took over a month to ship, and then I received the wrong items, but their customer service was really responsive and helpful me resolve the issue efficiently, which I appreciated--and the replacements came a lot faster than the initial order.

I ordered this item as a birthday gift, two 1/2 weeks before the birthday. and was not told that it wouldn't be shipped for nearly two months! My friend's gift arrived over a month late. I wouldn't have placed the order if I had been told upfront about the shipping delay.
