Green Sweet and Coated Table Linens

French company Garnier-Thiebaut, which makes table linens to some of the world's finest hotels like the Four Seasons and the Ritz-Carlton, has come up with two solutions: "Green Sweet" is a patented nanoparticle treatment for cotton to repel liquids and resist stains, based on how leaves in nature repels liquid. As a result, Green Sweet tablecloths and placemats still feel like plush, soft cotton, but can now repel most stains. The coated tablecloths and placemats have 3 layers of environmentally friendly, PVC acrylic coating in the fabric itself to make them even more stain and liquid repellant. Even though the finished tablecloths still have a fabric and not an acrylic top, spills and stains still just wipe right off. These tablecloths are a little stiffer than Green Sweet and are ideal for outdoor entertaining.
